a. Persons 15 years or over to hunt in this state.....$86.00.* No exceptions are made for nonresidents over the age of 65 for licenses or stamps.
b. Persons 15 years or over must purchase a license to trap in Delaware.....$25.00.
c. Persons 16 years or over must purchase a state stamp to hunt waterfowl in Delaware.....$9.00.*
d. Three consecutive day small game license (not valid for hunting deer and wild turkey) ....$35.00.
e. Non-Resident Quality Buck Tag..................$25.00
f. Non-Resident Antlered Tag........................$25.00
g. Nonresidents other than aliens who are under 15 years of age may hunt without a license in this State when accompanied by a person who is a lawful holder of a hunting license or has a lawful right to hunt.
h. Delaware's hunting license year covers the period July 1 through June 30.

*Snow Goose License Reciprosity - Any Maryland resident who is licensed to hunt snow geese in Maryland with a resident license, or who has a legal right to hunt snow geese in Maryland without a license, may hunt snow geese (only) in Delaware by purchasing a Delaware waterfowl stamp and obtaining a free Delaware HIP number. Delaware residents may do likewise in Maryland. It is not legal for a non-resident of Maryland to purchase a Maryland non-resident license and then hunt snow geese in Delaware without a Delaware non-resident license.
*Resident and nonresident hunters born after January 1, 1967, must complete a mandatory 10-hour safety course before obtaining a hunting license.
*Resident and nonresident hunters born after January 1, 1967 wishing to hunt turkeys in Delaware, must complete both the hunter education course and a mandatory turkey hunting safety course.

*A Federal Migratory Bird Hunting Stamp is required for any person 16 years or older to hunt waterfowl. Stamps are sold at Post Offices. No exceptions are made for persons 65 years or older for purchasing Federal Stamps.
*NOTE: License agents may charge a fee: up to $1.50 to issue licenses, in addition to the cost of the license and up to $1.00 to issue a stamp and permits.
